My sister, Allie, came to visit me a couple of weeks ago and we began planning Dad's surprise party. Everything was going as planned until my Gpa decided to tell dad about the party so Dad could mow his lawn.
Cat's out of the bag...
Allie and I came home on Saturday and got to hang out with dad and fix up his flower beds. It was quite fun! Had Gpa not ruined the surprise, one of us would have had to have him out of the house while we set everything up. Instead, we all did it together. :)
We made an experimental cake:
angel food cake, strawberry icecream, bananas, vanilla pudding and whip cream icing
Luckily, it tasted great even though it wasn't too pretty.
